1.The main function of this product is to activate GABA receptors, inhibit the release of excitatory amino acids such as aspartate and glutamate through synapses, make K + and GA + 2 ions in neurons outflow, produce hyperpolarization, reduce the transmission of single chemical Book synaptic and multi synaptic reflex, promote the normal activity of interneurons and reduce the activity of motor neurons, So as to alleviate the spasticity of skeletal muscle caused by pyramidal tract damage, reduce muscle tension and promote the recovery of motor function.
2.It can inhibit the spinal cord transmission of single synapse and multi synapse. The mechanism is that the release of excitatory amino acids glutamate and aspartate is inhibited by activating GABA receptor. Therefore, it can reduce the increase of limb muscle tension caused by spinal cord disease, multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury. Used for muscle spasm caused by spinal cord and brain diseases or injuries .
