Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in organisms, accounting for 50% ~ 60% of the free amino acid pool. As a conditionally essential amino acid, glutamine can meet the demand under normal conditions, but it needs to be supplemented in critical diseases such as trauma and infection. Tyrosine is a non essential amino acid, but it is an essential amino acid for newborn infants, liver failure and other diseases. It is helpful for people who are highly nervous, cold, tired and work for a long time. However, glutamine and tyrosine have low solubility in water, unstable chemical properties, and are easy to produce toxic substances during heating and sterilization, which limits the clinical application of the two amino acids. Glycyl-L-glutamine and glycyl-l-tyrosine are synthetic dipeptides, which can be quickly decomposed into glutamine and tyrosine in human body. The two dipeptides are soluble in water, stable in the process of heating disinfection and long-term storage, and have good clinical evaluation.
