Cefoperazone is the third generation of broad-spectrum semi synthetic cephalosporin, which can resist a variety of diseases β The degradation of lactamase has a wide antibacterial spectrum and has an effect on Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including strains that produce or do not produce penicillin enzyme), Streptococcus pneumoniae and most of them β Hemolytic Streptococcus strains, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, citric acid producing bacteria, Haemophilus influenzae, Proteus mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella and Shigella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis, etc.
USES & EFFECTIVENESS
1. The third generation cephalosporin broad-spectrum antibiotics have bactericidal effect on a variety of gram-positive and negative bacteria, and their activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is better than other cephalosporins β- Lactamase is very stable and must be injected. It is clinically used to treat sepsis, respiratory infection, biliary infection, urinary infection, reproductive system infection, skin and soft tissue infection, etc.
2. It is a semi synthetic broad-spectrum antibiotic, and its antibacterial spectrum is similar to that of cefotaxime.
