The English name of cefoperazone sodium is cefopazone sodium, and its chemical name is 7 - ((4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo-1-piperazinyl) formylamino) (4-hydroxyphenyl) acetylamino) - 3 - ((1-methyl-1h-tetrazol-5-yl) thiomethyl) - 8-oxo-5-sulfur-1-azabicyclo (4.2.0) octyl-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid sodium salt. USES & EFFECTIVENESS
