OVERVIEW

        DL carnitine HCl is a quaternary ammonium compound for the biosynthesis of amino acids lysine and methionine. Mixed carnitine hydrochloride can be used as food additive and adjuvant therapeutic agent. White crystalline or crystalline powder

USES & EFFECTIVENESS

         After L-carnitine and diacyl coenzyme A were converted to formyl carnitine, their transport in mitochondria was converted from CPT-II to formyl coenzyme A. After palmitoyl COA induced administration, the secretion of formyl carnitine increased. This acceleration was induced by concentration dependent L-carnitine treatment and saturated under 5 ml carnitine. DNA labeling activity and dehydrogenase-1 (HO-1) expression in hl7702 cells pretreated with L-carnitine fragment snrf2 and H₂O₂. L-carnitine protected shl7702 cells activate H₂O₂ induced cell injury through mediated RF₂ signaling pathway.
