OVERVIEW

      Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, also known as coenzyme II, is a kind of dehydrogenase coenzyme. It is a condensate of nicotinamide nucleoside-3 ', 5' - diphosphate and adenine nucleotide. There are two forms: oxidation type and reduction type, which are abbreviated as NADP⁺ and NADPH⁺ H⁺ respectively. Containing vitamin B5, the mechanism of action in redox reaction is the same as that of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. They are coenzymes that do not require oxygen dehydrogenase and play a role in transmitting hydrogen in organisms. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP) is a coenzyme, which widely exists in the biological world and participates in many physiological processes; Research shows that the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate NADP is mainly reduced to NADPH in cells, which is an important antioxidant component in cells and also participates in the process of anabolism.

   
USES & EFFECTIVENESS

     NADP⁺ plays several important roles in metabolism. As a coenzyme in redox reaction, as the afterbody of ADP ribose part in ADP ribosylation reaction, as the precursor of cyclic ADP^- ribose, a second messenger molecule, and as the substrate of bacterial DNA ligase and group, it is called silencing enzyme, which uses NADP⁺ to remove acetyl group from protein. In addition to metabolic function, NADP⁺ appears as adenine nucleotide, which can spontaneously release cells through regulatory mechanism, so it can play an important extracellular role.
    NADP⁺ is an energy providing molecule found in each cell of the body. It is used for metabolism, construction of new cells, resistance to free radicals and DNA damage, and sends signals in cells. It enables mitochondria to convert the food we eat into energy that our body needs to maintain all its functions.
