OVERVIEW

        L-alanyl-L-glutamine, referred to as ala Gln for short, was registered and listed in Germany in April 1995, with the trade name of dipeptamine. It was registered and listed in China in 1999, with the trade name of 20% dipeptamine (peptide). As a donor of glutamine, c-glutathione is used for parenteral nutrition. Like normal saline and glucose, it is a necessity for rescuing patients. Its market prospect is unlimited. L-alanyl-l-glutamyl is a chemically synthesized dipeptide. It is a nutritional drug that is degraded into l-glutamine and alanine in the body to supply material synthesis or energy consumption.
