OVERVIEW

      Oleamide is a non-ionic surfactant, also known as 9-octadecane-dilute acid amide and oleamide. It is white powder or flake at room temperature, non-toxic, insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as hot ethanol and ether. Refined from vegetable oil, it has special internal and external lubrication and is stable to heat, oxygen and ultraviolet. It has the effects of anti bonding, smooth, slip increasing, leveling, waterproof, moisture proof, anti precipitation, anti fouling, anti-static and dispersion. It has strong anti adhesion, anti adhesion, anti-static and dispersion, and has no hygroscopicity.

USES & EFFECTIVENESS
       It is mainly used as a smoothing agent, opening agent and antistatic agent for high pressure polyethylene (LDPE) film and its composite film,
multilayer coextrusion film, air bead bag, ultra-thin film, PVC calendering film, polypropylene (PP) and cast polypropylene (CPP) film; Lubricants and film removers for ethylene copolymer (EVA), Polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (petchemicalbook),polyamide (PA) and other resins; Pu surface treatment agent and smooth and antistatic agent of fiber masterbatch; Plastic surface printing (composite) ink and anti binder, leveling agent and smooth brightener of PE thermoplastic dip powder; Lubricants and dispersants for toner, color paste and color
masterbatch; Functional opening and smooth masterbatch are essential excellent additives: they can also be used as metal protective rib agent and lubricant for polyolefin sheets.
